As soon as you give us the go-ahead in writing, and pay us (50% deposit) within 48 hours we will allocate a reputable panel beater who will take on the body shop work of your damaged car.

Who do I pay?

You pay us and we pay the repairer. We only use reputable and quality recognized repairers and pay them only once the repairs are done to standards that hold up to a lifetime warranty status.

What is your management fee?

We charge a basic fee to ensure that the job is done to insurance standards and we streamline the process so it’s hassle-free.

What If I don’t have enough money to afford your repair quote?
A
We can help you with a short-term loan for the repairs through Capitec. You can apply for finance online. Capitec will call you, help you with contract and pre-authorization for the amount you need. Capitec Bank will then pay the financed amount to us and we will arrange the repairs.

How can I be sure my car is 100%?
A
When you collect your repaired car, you sign a customer clearance form online. If you are happy, we authorize the repairer to release the car to you. Three days after, we call you to ensure that you are happy with the repair service, and only then do we pay the repairer in full.

Why don’t I just go directly to a panel beater around the corner?
A
We only use contracted repairers. We ensure that you pay the right price for the right accident repair service. Sometimes panel beaters will undercut the price and not do what they should or simply overcharge. Sometimes they will change the price half way through the repairs.Sometimes they will hold your car if you don’t pay more or even create further damage.Sometimes they won’t replace parts they say they will or use alternative B grade parts that don’t fit. Sometimes they won’t give you any warranty on the work done and leave you stranded.Don’t be a statistic.

Every accident is different. Smaller repairs without the need for parts can take a few days but some repairs require delivery of parts and are reliant on suppliers. Through experience we know that a quality job needs a minimum time so we say:
- 48 to 72 hours Small dent removal and touch up
- 3 to 7 days Minor accident damage
- 15 to 21 days Major accident damage
